While VANCHI endeavours to get your order to you as fast as possible, the delivery times outlined above are approximate. We hope that deliveries can get to you at the earliest part of the window, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: strikes, natural disasters etc.)

Within Australia – Standard delivery

VANCHI offers FREE post for all orders placed online over $100, within Australia – We also offer a discounted rate for all orders under $100 of $5 flat rate.

All orders will be delivered via Fastway couriers or Australia post (depending on your location) from our warehouse in Rouse Hill, NSW. Orders will generally take between 24-48 hours to pick, pack and dispatch.

All courier deliveries should receive an email with your Fastway tracking number on it. Use this to check the status of your order http://www.fastway.com.au/1TrackTrace.html

All products will be sent in a clear plastic protective bag inside the box/postal bag. We don’t offer gift wrapping at this time.

Orders are generally sent via a courier service to ensure fast & safe delivery to your door. As a signature is required on delivery, we suggest a work address if you think you won’t be home to sign for your delivery. If sent via Australia Post we can also deliver to a PO BOX.

If for some reason, you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card in your mail box with details on how to organise re-delivery.

Please allow 1-7 working days for your VANCHI order to arrive. Delivery lead times depend on which state you live and your distance from the metropolitan area.

Within Australia – Express Delivery

Express delivery can be requested at checkout. VANCHI uses Australia Post 5kg Express Satchel bags. This service provides a overnight service to many areas within Australia. The satchels can fit 1-2 bags or equivalent VANCHI product and can weigh up to 5kg’s. For parcels that need to arrive within a limited time frame we recommend this option for an additional $10 AUD. This method also offers customers a tracking service and packages are signed for on delivery.

VANCHI does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been signed for & delivered.

Australia Wide: FREE shipping on orders over $100 and $5 for orders under $100.

Australia Wide – Express Post: $10 (Can fit 1-2 bags or equivalent product – max 5kg).

International Orders

Any orders placed internationally will be sent via International Airmail. This will take approximately 6 – 10 working days. VANCHI offers this method of postage as the most cost effective methods of sending our product abroad, but does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced once dispatched. A signature is not obtained using this postal method – therefore if there is any chance your parcel may end up in the wrong hands, we strongly advise the courier postage method (where is signature is obtained).

Express Courier International

This option is highly recommended if you have a non secure means of receiving your mail, as a signature is required to receive your parcel. This faster service will take approximately 4 – 6, working days. We recommend you advise a work address if you think you may not be home to receive your delivery.

If no one is present to collect the parcel, you will be notified to pick it up from your local post office, otherwise it will be redelivered the following day. This procedure varies in different countries. Additional postage costs will apply if package is returned to Australia, and needs to be resent.

International Air Mail

6 – 10 days $45.00 flat rate for orders above $85.00 / $20.00 for orders under $85.00

International Courier

3 – 6 days $60.00 flat rate for orders above $85.00 / $30.00 for orders under $85.00

As a fashion range we tend to work to the fashion calendar with releases in Summer (July/August) and Winter (Feb) each year. We always have new designs in the pipeline so keep an eye out for additional mid season releases.

We think we have the right selection no matter what you need, but here’s our advice: select the bag that best expresses your personality.
